She represented companies in the health care, media, manufacturing, telecom, insurance, education, chemical, banking, retail and transportation industries. Ms. Mersch advised clients and defended claims involving the ADA, ADEA, FLSA, Equal Pay Act, Title VII, ERISA, trade secrets, state commercial laws and other federal statutes.
Ms. Mersch has significant experience with federal court litigation, having served for more than a decade as a law clerk to federal judges in Chicago. As a law clerk, Ms. Mersch honed her unique ability to get up to speed quickly on a constantly-changing docket of cases.
